Anurag Dod
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Anurag has extensive software engineering and management experience which includes key contribution in two successful startups. As an Engineering Manager in Wisenut Search Engine, he was instrumental in developing its Core Search Technology and has a patent pending for that. Wisenut was acquired by LookSmart in 2002. He also held senior engineering positions in EBay, Synopsys and Delsoft. Anurag holds B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and Masters in Computer Science from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. While at IIT Delhi he was a recipient of Summer Undergraduate Research Award .

Sushant has 13 years of experience managing sales, marketing, operations and personnel at the national and corporate level. He has most recently worked as General Manager - Sales and Alliance in Sify Ltd. He worked in Senior Positions with the Indian Express Group, Rediff.com, Yahoo India and Sify Limited. He holds Bachelor degree in Economics Mumbai University.

Soma has over 12 years of work experience in the consumer marketing domain which includes over 8 years dedicated to working exclusively in the online space, developing and marketing internet-based products and services. She has a unique blend of working with startups and established companies in India and USA like Leo Burnett, GE, Indya.com and iVillage.com. Before joining Guruji, Soma spent 8 years in Silicon Valley, California with iVillage.com and as a consultant to a few online startups. Soma holds a Bachelors in Statistic from Fergusson College, Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB)
